Title: Considering a ‘Peoplecentric’ Paradigm for Knowledge Management Systems

چکیده

The explosive interest in Knowledge Management and systems to support this as an organizational endeavour, require closer scrutiny than might be normal from the I/S function. Empirical research indicates that knowledge based systems might be better considered as ‘peoplecentric’, rather than from a technology platform perspective.
